5th APGrid PMA Meeting

This F2F meeting will be held as a part of CAOPs/IGTF sessions at OGF24 which will be co-located with GridAsia 2008. We borrow logistics such as registration, accomodation, and visa information from OGF24 and GridAsia 2008.

Registration

This F2F meeting will be held as a part of GF24 event, hence all participants must register to OGF24 either by Full Week or One Day Pass. Oneline registration and the detailed information is available on the OGF24 web site.
Please note that GridAsia events are free to registered participants. OGF registered participants need not register again for GridAsia as their badge will entitle them to attend all GridAsia events.

Accommodation

Information of your accomodation is also available on the OGF24 web site.

Transportation

Daily shuttle service will be provided to OGF24 attendees from the River View Hotel and Hotel Miramar (downtown hotels) to the meeting location.

Visa information

If you need visa, you will be helped by OGF24. You can request supporting documents for visa to the OGF24 secretariat.

VTC information

We will setup VTC for remote participants. As with the regular VTC, we will use the AIST MCU. Be sure that your address must be registered to the AIST MCU in advance. Please send your address to Yoshio Tanaka by September 11.
