3rd APGrid PMA Meeting

This F2F meeting is co-located with Grid Asia 2007 event. We can borrow logistics such as registration, accommodation, and visa information from the Grid Asia 2007.

Registration

The meeting is opened for all IGTF members. Registration is not necessary for the APGrid PMA F2F meeting, however, in order to arrange for the logistics, accurate head counting is required. Therefore, all participants who are NOT members of the APGrid PMA are requested to send an email to the chair of the APGrid PMA (Yoshio Tanaka, yoshio.tanaka@aist.go.jp) to express the interest in participating in the F2F meeting. Of course, all participants are strongly encouraged to participate in the Grid Asia 2007 event. You can register on line from the Grid Asia 2007 web site and the registration fee is free though some sessions will be charged.

Accommodation

For the convenience of the arrangement of transportation, participants are strongly recommended to stay at the Grand Park Hotel City Hall. Booking information is available on the Grid Asia 2007 web site.

Transportation

Transportation services between the Grand Park Hotel City Hall and the Biopolis will be provided. The bus will depart at the Grand Park Hotel City Hall at 8:00am, Monday.

Visa information

If you need visa, you will be helped by Grid Asia 2007 organizer. You can request supporting documents for visa through the registration process.
